Goose on the loose?

In the afternoon, while stopping at our little neighbourhood shop for last minute groceries, I suddenly noticed a goose coming down the street.
Just walking calmly. In the middle of the street!

Not a common sight in this part of town, I can tell you :o)

Thankfully this silly bird didn't cause accidents... we have careful drivers around here.
