take this cup from me

Snow - not the best pic I took this morning, but the only one with a snow covered car making its way down the road at just past 8.

It was BALTIC today but I started with a swim. Yippee, in the pool at 7.15 (am, that is). The day went as many others have done recently - one step forward and then two back.

I was very upset at teatime. Silly really. It's tea time, not supper time.

Good things:

phones that stop working, all of a sudden

my sons' idiotic dad
