Venus in Pleiades
Tonight, if you look up towards Venus you'll see it right in the middle of the Pleiades star cluster M45, otherwise known as the Seven Sisters, next chance to see the celestial event will be 8 years from now. This shot was WAY harder to get than it should have been, snow and hail showers coming over, and a near gale force wind wobbling the 400 18" long lens assembly didn't help. Pleased to have seen it though, with the weather in central Scotland earlier I didn't think there was much hope!
