The Centre, MK

This was one of the car parks at The Centre. Milton Keynes at 11am today. Deserted. This led me to wonder what is happening. Schools have broken up The Centre is usually heaving in school holidays. So what is happening? Is it the credit crunch leading people to not spend or is it a result of the council's policy to eliminate all free parking at The Centre and charge pretty bullish prices. I guess the shops are feeling the pinch! The lack of cars in the car parks was reflected by the numbers of shoppers!
