Partings

And so it ends (or perhaps begins?): my official send-off party at work. Colleagues -- many of whom are friends -- came together this afternoon and surprised me with kind words, amusing anecdotes and touching farewells. It is wonderful to be so appreciated and I leave feeling good about myself and the organization where I've spent so many years.

Now on to the rest of my life! :)
