Enjoy it while it lasts

The view from Main Street, Vancouver on my way from work to the SkyTrain. Main Street has seen a lot of changes lately, it's traditionally been the arty, creative part of town. Now it's being slowly regenerated which puts up rents, stops creative types affording living / working space and brings more high rises like this one which will totally obscure the view. Apparently is going to have a Lido with it for the apartments, totally out of character for the area.

From work I went to the Vancouver Art Group meet up, met some interesting people and had good chat.
