Sisters

I missed a great photo opportunity last night. There were around one hundred starlings grouped together ravenously pecking at the grass, their feathers glinting in the evening light. I was on my way back from the supermarket so hadn't thought to bring my camera. I think I must have had birds on my mind this morning and I kept my camera ready just in case. I really like the elegant lines of these sister? chaffinches; so different to their round mates.
