The Power House

This big house is far up on the hills in Reykjavik and yes, it is hot bobbling water in the ponds.
January 1st 1999 the electric company and the hot water company and a year later the cold water company all united in one, The Power Company.
Before the merge each owned its house with offices but the new "king" of the power company had to build this enormous house, which looks like a ship and spent all the savings of the three companies.
So they had to rise the cost of power, hot water, cold water and electricity.
This happens when you give one stupid man to much power.
