Saw this sign in the window of the pet shop that is just up my street.
The pet shop is called "the good fish", once translated from Dutch. It has recently been refurbished and both the pet shop and the angling centre are now sharing one site instead of adjacent ones. Obviously you don't need to know all of the domestic arrangements, but the shop has always caught my eye as it used to have an interesting advertising ploy of using its flagpoles to hold large fishing rods with equally large plastic fish on them. Eye catching to say the least.
Since the refurb, those have gone, but today I noticed this. Hhhmmmm.
Think it must be some kind of replica of an "Olde English" pub sign. Except this one comes complete with grammatical errors and the option of a female attendant.......I wonder what for?
