Rebellion
Our village baker, like so many in France now, is seduced by the cheap flour prices of the big milling companies. So his bread tastes of nothing and a baguette is like rubber an hour after you've bought it. So I am rebelling and going the autonomous route. Here's the loaf I made this morning.
