Ne'er cast a clout.............

..............till may is out

Well here is a may flower and it's clearly out - the hedgerows are incandescent with blossoms and it makes crawling along in the many queues formed by roadworks a real joy. I took this from the driving seat, through the nearside window, whilst whiling away 30 minutes at a set of temporary traffic lights on the way home. The work has to be done and there will never be a good time so best suck it up and look forward to a better read surface when the work is completed.

In other news. It looks like Mr Panda has missed out on his 36 hrs/year chance - I've no doubt we'll be reading about "Pandagate" tomorrow. And tomorrow is a tricky kind of day. Is it Thursday or is it Friday? I think the only real certainty is that there will be Hot X Buns for breakfast as my house guests replenished stocks today; HXB really are a super way to start the day. I hope you managed to do today justice - we'll not be passing this way again.
