Been Bakin'

So tonight the kitchen got its first baking test run and these white chocolate and fresh raspberry muffins seemed to come out ok. Well one is already in my belly and one in hubby's belly!

Been a relaxing couple of days, enjoying pottering, a bit of college work, a haircut and a free facial at the Origins counter in John Lewis. Got to speak quite a bit about my faith to the hairdresser who seems to be seeking and the girls at Origins were quite interested too. They both commented 'I could see you as a minister!' Very amusing!

Looking forward to hubby's sister arriving tomorrow for a few days! Think I might try baking some hot cross buns next!
