The topic of movement has been much discussed today. The most difficult day of the challenge so far. As usual when the going gets tough, we reverted to alcohol.

With pizza, of course.

PS I should point out that that point of focus wasn't where I intended it to be. But we only had limited amounts of wine to experiment with...
