Blind spot if ever I saw one!

This car is in an underground car park and it has only been snowing since early hours of this morning, therefore this car must have driven to the town centre and pulled into and parked in here! Ergo this driver has no skills safety or brain in their head. They clearly didn't once check there offside mirror all the way to this destination...last time I checked snow doesn't penetrate concrete how how how, this is the reason insurance is so high!
