Kitchen Experiements: Take One

Tonight I decided to try out one of Jamie Oliver's recipes and since K. was working I decided I could risk something with mushroom's (which he hates with a passion). So I found this one online Baked mushrooms stuffed with ricotta, made up my shopping list and headed off to Sainsbury's.

I had found everything that was required apart from the fresh oregano and headed home with my ingredients keen to get started.

Overall, the final product wasn't too bad but next time I think I'll use less lemon due to personal taste. Looking forward to trying something new once my dissertation out of the way!
