Someone I love

So I'm joining in a little late on the April photo challenge...

Layla.

She isn't an actual person, but I think of her as "someone" as opposed to a "something." My first dog, she was adopted three and a half years ago and now I can't imagine life without her.

Today I was not working, so we spent the entire day together: this morning in the yard, at Starbucks, at the garden center and then it was time for a bath. As I'm typing this, she's sprawled out next to me on the couch- she's down for the count. A tired dog is a happy dog :)
