Over the top

Highway 89A runs from Flagstaff to Prescott Arizona and beyond. This route is up the "hill" from Prescott on a shopping trip. Nearly all of the snow is gone now and the highway is clear and dry. This is the summit of Mingus Mountain between Prescott and Jerome a popular old mining town and tourist destination.
And yes that is a WC/Loo/Head or called a Rest Room here in the colonies.
