Marburg

If you cross a medieval town and a university town you get Marburg. Beautiful really.

The weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse, when it was sunny and warm the day before, it's now cold with barely any sun.

The photo (or rather photos) was taken from the top of the Marburger Oberstadt (Marburg upper city) which is accessed by an elevator from the main road. The elevator doesn't go to the very top though, and that requires a bit of walking/climbing.
