Eccles cakes

Today is my birthday and I have made a chocolate cake ( but not decorated it yet) and eccles cakes. I had not made them for a long time and then saw a recipe one day, and now I am trying to make the perfect eccles cake. It is a bit of a dull day today and on a day like this it is good to be in the kitchen baking. Have a good easter Blippers!
