"Juan"

Juan has just started to work in our local Public House.
He is Spanish. And I was horrified how he was treated by a so called "English Gentleman!"

As soon as he heard his accent, he stated " You will not understand what I want, gruffly!"
Juan was polite and disregarded this rudeness and got another member of staff.

I am now aware how profesional he is. I was ashamed to be British.
That is wrong!
