Looking back to Penshaw

I took this shot on a late afternoon cycle ride. The first one this week I might add! It was taken not far from The General's Wood which I think could be part of The Lambton Estate. Penshaw Monument can be seen in the far distance.

Mr. B and I will be travelling down to the West Midlands tomorrow to stay with friends for the weekend. We've never been before so it'll be an adventure. I just hope the Easter bank holiday traffic won't be gridlocked but if it is at least we've got some cool new tunes to listen to.
