LUNCH

Yes, Friday lunch! Well, I know it isn't Friday but it feels like it. And a colleague treated us all to bacon butties this morning as he'd had a bit of a win on the horses ( I would have retired) so then I didn't need lunch.

But ..... a "free" stamp on my loyalty card for Bean Loved meant I hot-footed it down for a takeaway Mocha and then spent what I would have spent on the Mocha on a muffin instead. And not just any old muffin, this was a Lemon Meringue Muffin* with a squidgy lemony gooey bit in the middle, oh my goodness it was delicious.

I love Fridays/Thursdays.

* There were also Apple and Cinnamon, Treacle and something, and Double Chocolate Chip........ and I thought I was on a diet?! If you are reading this HOW, disown me.
