Tomorrow a dear friend is coming to visit-something to look forward to.

Tonight watched my second Egyptian movie called "Tamour and Shafika". As the clever, carefully chosen title indicates it is about a man called Tamour and a woman called Shafika. They are cousins and they love it each other and it's totally acceptable. In the end she gives up her job as minister of the environment to be his wife. It was pure comedy! It starts out as a girl power movie and ends in the stereotypical submissive woman....ah well, maybe next time!
