school's out

So, it has been a chaotic week and it seems work and blipping haven't mixed :( I have done 3 days this week, N has been on call and holiday at the same time (?), the troops have been off school/nursery, and the weather wintry to say the least, making getting to work and N's on call more stressful than usual. AAArgh. Anyway, we made it through my work days at least and N has now had a full nights sleep and is back on track so we headed to Landmark for the day courtesy of our Tesco vouchers. It was cold and wet, with melting snow falling off the trees onto our heads, but everyone had a fab day out and H slept through it all. At least having to go to work for a few days has given me the holiday feeling now that its over, even though we aren't going anywhere. Now hoping the weather either (a) improves dramatically or (b) gives us a good enough dump of new snow for a weekend of sledging and skiing.
