Bath Time!

My baby niece is far too cute. Today was bathtime and I wanted to take a few pictures - unfortunately I wasn't quite ready for how fast it would all happen and after a few stumbles with lenses and manual focus, had to take a really quick snap. This was the result - very grainy even with my 50mm on because it was a dark room and the ISO needed to be very high but I think it captures how I felt. Those big dark eyes staring straight up at her mum are just adorable. I can't quite believe this little girl was not out in this world only two weeks ago!

Now I've have a soppy moment, I think I can get back to stressing about how little I've been working these past few days. I really hope I can pull these essays out of the bag and produce something I can be proud of!
