Damp but undaunted

The rain held off for long enough for the Easter Thursday procession to get underway, although it started raining again almost immediately.

Nevertheless the procession made it's hour long circuit of the local streets. Many other cities in Spain weren't even this lucky and had to cancel their processions.

What with the gloom, having to find gaps between the umbrellas of other onlookers, and having to constantly wipe raindrops on my lens, it was not the most bountiful crop of shots. I even had to lighten this image. I will put the best of the rest in my Blipfolio.
