Gutted!

So today was the big day, I was finally going to arrive at my objective for this year: 2000k on my trusty mountain bike. I was at 1949k when I left the house so I went to a town about 25k away, stopped for refuelling (i.e some chocolate) then when I got back on my bike, all excited and ready with my rubbish phone to capture the 2000k moment when it arrived, I realised the kilometre counter thingumibob had stopped working!!!

I know that by the time I got home I had done 2000k, but I needed to see it.

Hmph.
