Computer Room

After some rearranging, we now officially have one. Well, it is also the gym as we have an exercise bike, an ab machine and a cross trainer in it.

Jack's laptop is on the left (we need to get him a proper swivel chair), Jeanine uses the desktop in the centre and my laptop is on the right.

My personal trainer has set me a regime: fast walk and jog (repeat for half an hour), 10 minutes on the bike (fast), 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 lunges each leg, 10 side lifts (each side), 10 sit-ups and 10 ab lifts. It doesn't sound hard on paper, but let me tell you, it is.

I've just done it, had a shower and now I'm ready for bed.
