looking better?

I'm not sure how these strange blobs are going to improve things but I suspect that's what someone hopes they're doing.

Granted Stratford centre is a singularly unlovely bit of municipal rubbish, but being next to the Olympic site I guess it seemed like a good idea to spend some more money we don't apparently have putting up these bits of plastic
