Technology and the old man!

Warning! My Dad has discovered YouTube! After being amazed that I could call up a song so quickly on the Internet, he became hooked on it and spent the next hour looking up The Pretty Things, his favourite band from prehistoric times! I have since had to write him instructions on how to turn on the laptop! This is a great achievement since his last encounter with a computer led to him moving the speakers and wondering why the cursor was not moving!
