Frozen Yogurt

I wonder what is different between the ingredients or compounds must be different between regular yogurt and frozen yogurt. Or maybe there is no difference, maybe the crystals are result of my lighter brand of yogurt.

It's still really cold out. But the boys I worked with weren't trained for the nicer part of our job, so I got to sit inside the warm cabin all day.
