Happiness is...

A rope swing over a stream in the forest!

Just back from an amazing week in Milford on Sea, it was only meant to be 3 nights but ended up being 7.

We did tons of great stuff but the best bit was swinging over streams in the new forest.

Just before this shot was taken I'd attempted to lift Jay on but let go before he'd got a grip, which launched him across the stream hanging on by his knees like a trapeeze artist, I lunged for him to save him but slipped on the muddy bank and landed flat on my ar$e with one leg in the stream -while my son was still swinging upside down with his head dipping in the stream!
