......Tradition, tradition.......

Dinner for Good Friday......the Daughter baked some salmon with garlic, pepper, onion and mushrooms........the Boss decided the best thing to go with it was Charlotte potatoes and garden peas!

KInd of hard to feel self-righteous about dinner.......when for lunch I made chicken soup and ham and cheese butties!

The Old Fella is here, bumped up to 1st class on the train over....not as good as it sounds....it's a Bank holiday so the railway doesn't provide any services on the train...all he got was a posher seat!

He's forgotten his medication for Tuesday.......because despite being told days, dates and times by both me and my sis at least 43 times he convinced himself he was going home on Monday morning, not Tuesday lunch time. We're trying to keep him awake as long as possible tonight so that he doesn't sleep half the day away and then start crashing about at 4.00 a.m. or some other ungodly hour.

The weather has turned again, cold drizzle all day...if it keeps this up for the whole holiday dad won't want to do anything and we'll all go stir crazy.........still there's always a roast lamb dinner and chocolate eggs to look forward to on Sunday.

Shis-li-vih Paskha!

Das vidanya moy padruga.
