Green grows the rashes oh!

The Misty Isle lived up to its reputation today - a bit dreich, a bit damp but lovely nevertheless. While rest of the family slopped off for a swim at the local pool The Wonder Dog and myself headed off to one of our favourite spots for some pinhole fun.

You can see the spot on the new (aren't they great?) maps system. An area of water meadow with great sweeps of rushes just outside Broadford on the Elgol Road very untypical of the Highlands.

The rest of the day was spent getting ready for Mr Blogs whose up for the weekend complete with bike for his Tour de Heilands weekend.
