Woodland Swamp

Beavers have been busy, infiltrating from a nearby creek to dam up a small stream which traversed a former pasture. The land having gone untended since a utility bought the property from the previous owner, a farmer, has given the beaver and other wildlife free reign. It's been an enjoyable study, in a sad kind of way, this transformation of the land.
