End of the working day
Up early and left the sleepy house. I headed to the allotment to get my tatties planted. Totally focused on the job in hand the trenches dug, compost filled and tatties placed before covering up. Time for some chatting and back home.
Eco daughter and I headed out for a walk with Juno, eco son continued his control mission on the wood pigeons and rabbits.
Great chat with daughter, she is good company. We met a couple of hill runners we know who stopped to chat.
We saw the horses had been logging but they had stopped for the day as it was too slippy on the slopes. A great chat and some log loading before we wondered back through the Hermitage with the horses. It looks like they may be back as more timber to clear, looking forward to seeing them again.
Out for some easter madnes shopping in that shed felt on offer.
Full house for tea and one extra, eco boy away out for the evening, the rest of us are just chilling. A bath required to ease my back after digging, must be getting on a bit.
This is Caitlin with Angel, Steph and Lisa in the background, cheers for the company today.
