Coolio

My sister and her brood arrived this afternoon to stay over the Easter holiday. That meant ferocious tidying and getting ready Thursday night and this morning.

It was lovely to see everyone and after a quick lunch we made the most of the afternoon sun and walked to swanpool beach. Bella, Ally and Ben even went in the sea, earning themselves a warming hot chocolate in the cafe. The sun was shining but there was a cold northerly wind. All the children had ice creams before the walk home where we stopped off for fish and chips for tea.

We got home and bedded the kids before having a glass of wine nightcap. Surfing in the morning!
