Coley curry

Coley is an underrated fish - cheaper than cod, plentiful and it's stacked with omega-3!

People think that coley is for the cat or it's not great because it's a bit more grey than its cousins. But it's absolutely perfect for a curry!!

Him indoors is the curry king in our house do I've been keen to try my hand and have been following the Curry Guy on twitter. He inspired mr to give this a go. And I'm glad I did.

It was very easy, amazingly tasty and we will be having it again!!
