Oh, the joys of Blip: having looked for the above video, which in itself was a nice surprise to see JM singing the song, I came across this, which is just brilliant, with a long-forgotten, quite cheerful, smiley, cooperative, seemingly not bitter, and quite camp, Morrissey, and a fresh-faced Johnny. (incredible what he had produced by then aged just 22). Some nice demonic bongo playing too :)
