Tofu and vegetable in black bean sauce

Unplanned lunch at my favourite Chinese restaurant. Then home and fell asleep on the sofa. Really didn't do much else. None of the cleaning or organising for the USA trip that I had planned to do. And I got a big water bill. Really wish I had set up a monthly payment plan :(
