First outing for these in a lonnnnnnnnng time

Haven't been out running since last June - last June, that's 9 months ago! Back problems prevented me from doing so, but my back has been behaving itself for a wee while now so, fingers crossed, it won't trouble me tomorrow after today's (very small) run! Felt good to be pounding the pavements again though! And, since I can have chocolate again tomorrow (see here for explanation) it's probably just as well that I did some exercise today. I have visions of me lying in a chocolate 'coma' tomorrow, like the mayor in the film Chocolat!
