War Memorial

This is Mid Calder's fine war memorial to the First World War.
It stands opposite the Kirk of Calder's gate. Through the arch
is the entrance to the cemetary - always beautifully kept neat and tidy.
Children from the Sunday School place the poppy wreaths there
on November II every year.
