I must be having a blue period:)

Blue tits twice this week and now a Californian Lilac. Or if you want the botanical name, a Ceanothus.

I was going to use a focus stack to compile this blip, but instead ended up using a longer exposure on f22. These florets are each only about 2mm across, so that gives some idea of the scale.
