Competition time

Six weeks ago I embarked on a very enjoyable project to create a sourdough bread "as good as San Francisco sourdough bread". I have never been to SF so am only guessing at the best outcome. Judging is tomorrow at a family lunch, including people who have actually been to SF!

The green bowl is using SF yeasts, the red bowl is Worthing yeasts captured in my kitchen, these have been rising all day ready for baking in the morning. Am looking to see what happens with a blind taste test!

Another lovely afternoon on the beach, am loving my hut!
