Marseille, France.
Today we were in Marseille in the South of France, and the weather was beautiful. Marseille is France's oldest and second biggest city. Very historic, and cosmopolitan, it was a great place to walk around. Well, after seeing this view from the harbour, I had to take a trip up to see it. The Notre Dame de la Garde (Basilica Lady of the Guard), up on high overlooking the whole city, is a very impressive piece of architecture, dating back to 1214. It has been upgraded and improved since, and finally finished as you see it today in 1864. There is also an amazing and impressive panoramic view of the Urban landscape from up there too.
Monte Carlo tomorrow!!!!
