Eggs and Stuff

I am someone who has a keen interest in nutrition but chocolate has always been my weakness, my guilty pleasure, especially at Easter time. When it comes to Easter - we just go for it and we LOVE IT! This year has been no exception ha ha ha ha ha....!

Since I last blipped it's been all about the Easter holidays. J has a new bike and so most days we've been out and about on two wheels (well four for C). We've also got a broken down car, which I skilfully drove with a broken clutch right into the driveway yesterday, only to be told that we only have roadside breakdown insurance and they won't come and collect from our drive - cutting a long story short, the car is now in the garage and we have borrowed a rather ugly looking small red car for the Easter holidays.

We are really looking forward to a long weekend in Centre Parks next weekend with a group of old friends, I'm sure a good laugh a few drinks and plenty of fun will be had by all - can't wait! Who knows which car will get us there, but that's a small inconvenience that we hope to overcome. :-/

In the meantime - we will be eating food that is appropriate for the time of year!
