Street art?

Turning green? Yes, but I also was served this contradictive message in the green light go-circle!

This stylized sign, easily confused with other common signs in the urban public environment, gives unpleasant associations to a certain iconic photograph from the Vietnam war, dosn't it?!

Some say that art should have a message....don't know what that might be in this case...yet it's a very effective and creative location for a piece of street art...
