Lemon Drizzle

A day of chores today... cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning... the list went on!

After lunch I decided I fancied a sweet afternoon treat so I made a lemon drizzle cake. It's one of my favourites and I don't normally get a chance to make it, as the kids always want chocolate cupcakes! However I may have converted them, as they both really enjoyed this. Let's hope so!
