Playing with "light"

Went for a tough run this morning. It really shouldn't have been such hard work but I totally struggled to drag my butt home. Im blaming the recent tonsillitis perhaps still lingering. I'm going to attempt re-run tomorrow when I go for my first run with my mum. I hope she doesn't sprint off and leave me. I have no idea how far/fast she goes, only that she's recently got back into it.

We've been to a sort of retro bazaar this afternoon. Lots of interesting things for sale and with a more fun and vibrant feel than some of the vintage fairs we've been to. E has been on about getting a skateboard for her birthday and she spotted a second hand one for sale. She asked the man how much he wanted for it and then began begging daddy for £5 before going back and completing the transaction herself. She's just gone on and on about it since and she's not even had a go yet. I said we'll put it away till her birthday, so I have about a month to accidentally lose it.

After the 2 littlest girls went to bed, E & I sat up experimenting with shadows. I love how muddled I get trying to work out how to make stuff bigger/smaller or more to the left/right. It's really interesting, I could've played all night.

Well it's 11pm, lent is almost over. I have 3 bags of midget gems at the ready. Hope you all have a nice easter break. :-)
