Ness Beach

Ann went to the Residents Association meeting and I stayed at the chalet looking after Dylan and reading the paper. Late morning I drove down to The Ness with Tom and met her for coffee.

After coffee we took Dylan through the tunnel onto Ness Beach. There's a wide, sweeping beach with amazing high cliffs and rock outcrops. Dogs love it. I took lots of photographs, one of which is featured here. I saw this small cave with a spring running down into it. What fascinated me was the creation of the stalactites from the cliff's clay caused by the constant running of the water onto a beautiful array of stones.

There are a couple of other pictures of Ness Beach along with others I have taken of Shaldon and Teignmouth (plus our chalet) over the last year or so at this link - Shaldon chalet and surrounds
